what ball joints can you use to replace the old ones?

I replaced an Ingalls ball joint on my old Ingalls camber kit one time. I ordered a new ball joint directly from Ingalls.

I rented a ball joint press from AutoZone and did the swap in my basement on the tool bench.

 

i got mine at autozone (special order) everyone was telling me i had to get the whole control arm until i went az. i have a spare around if you want the make and part #. i forget how much they were, about 20 duckets ea. i think

 

went and found that extra ball joint i have so i could give you the info- beck/arnley worldparts corp. nashville,tn. 37211 part# 101-4786 again this was ordered through autozone $?
