why would you try to max out an auto??? do an auto to manual conversion first before you mod your car.

and for what info you are looking for. there is a Search button in red at the top right of every page. use that unless you absolutely cannot find what you are looking for. then ask.

FIrst things first. Best thing to do at this point is to change out the intake mani to like a skunk2 one or something and put a turbo on your car. You have an automatic, you do not loose bost like a manual does, gives u an advantage. but u do loose power because its auto. So, i would go and get a SKUNK2 INTAKE MANIFOLD and research on a good TURBO and then TUNE IT, i would use an auto ECU, either way a manual ECU can be converted to AUTO when ur tuning it, i dont suggest it though. BTW don't tell ppl here u dont have time to search because it takes us TIME to write **** like this out for people that DONT want to search. Friendly advice, ur lucky its late, otherwise ud have been flamed (dissed) im sure. Good luck and let us know what else u need help with.

Best thing to do for quick power is this. Get some Type R header for Type R integra, get a nice intake, get a nice full catback exhaust. Chip and Tune your ECU. You will get a power gain for fairly cheap. Header are like 200-300, lets say 300, intake like 200, exhaust like 300, tune like 150 to 200, so about a grand. Not sure bout power output but definatly noticable.

I would not mess with cams till you research and learn more. Learn about VTEC then think about what happens with bigger cams, no vtec. Can mess up your daily driving.
