Should be a 7/8ths wrench size. Sometimes PB takes a little bit to work its magic. Best thing you can do is get some kind of breaker bar to fit over the wrench to gain some leverage on it. If that fails, you can always try taking a torch to its base and heat it up just a little to loosen it up.

I know how those O2 sensors get rusted in & I'd be afraid of breaking a stud off trying to break the damned thing loose.

Maybe pick up a cheap header like a Megan Racing just so you have a new header that isn't all rusted to hell so you can get your new O2 sensor screwed into it.

22mm spanner and a hammer. if its that jammed then a few taps on the end of the spanner with the hammer works a treat

I had to look up what a spanner was. You're better off using a spanner with a 5 or 6 foot poll on it to try to break it loose. Those O2 sensors are a bitch to get out.

i just threw some megans racing headers on my b20 and they're clean for the $60 i paid for them (used) of course... but they're great condition. And all I did was take an open ended wrench and pulled REALLY hard... For any bolts I couldn't get off I just used engine degreaser. The only problem is my o2 sensor on the headers doesn't line up. so now im trying to seal it in crooked otherwise it'll grind on the axle. hope that helps somewhat

easiest way to remove any O2 sensor the first time, with minimal effort. (all though burns are possible if you're not careful)

start car, let car idle till car is warm. Turn off car.
grab sensor with spanner wrench and turn out.

the addition of heat make all the difference in the world.
