allirght i have an 88 crx si, a d15b swap in it with a p28. the computer is in safe mode or whatever u call it and will not shoot over 3500 and ive been told its because the computer is preventing it from going any farther due to a problem somewhere that i cannot find. And have no way of even reading the codes now since the p28 doesnt have a light to flash. im using the stock wiring harness that came with the car so i installed the piggy back to obd1. just asking for some advice on how to check my check engine light. thanks.
