Default Chipped P28 problems

Well I recently baught a chipped P28 online, it has a 02 heater code that never turns off, could it be that the sauttered the chip wrong and that is what is causing the light not to turn off, I already tried to disable it using uberdata. I am certain that it is the computer because i tried the chip on a friends chipped P28 and the check engine light went away. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

maybe the chip programed into the P28 is bad.

you can open the case for the ECU and switch the chip and try again.
