Default Bearing help!

Hi,
just need some help please.

i am peicing together a swap for my civic and got my hands on some axels for very cheap. but didnt have the 6 bearings that go on the splines to connect the end of the axel to the tranny. it only had one,

the one bearing it did have was square in shape on the outside,

i have located some new bearings and they were delivered today, the seller assures me that they are off a b18 teg, except these bearings are circular in shape on the outside.

two completley different bearings. the drive shafts were off a JDM EG6 - could this be the reason for the different shaped bearings?

just wondering if anyone knows what the b series bearings are meant to look like?

thanks
scott

I can barely understand what you're saying but it sounds like you're piecing axles together? I would say screw that, just get new axles or re-mans. For the record I don't like re-man axles.

Hi sorry,
let me try and explain it better,

the swap ive got is a b16a2 going into a eg5

the only thing missing was the axels,

i got a set of axels from a jdm eg6 cheap off a mate,

missing from these axels were the 6 bearings.

im on about the bearings that go on the small rods on the inner the cv joint (3 on each driveshaft!)

basically i want to know what shape are these bearings?

the one bearing that did come with my axels is square in shape with a hole in the middle for the bearing to attach to the rod.

the ones i have just purchased look completley different, they are circular in shape with a hole in the middle to attach to the rod.

i just wanted to know what shape everyone elce's bearings are to find out if i have the right ones?

hope this helps
