I believe its "Momo" but i cant confirm. This is a quick release unit that is compatible with any standard 6 bolt hub set-up such as nrg, momo etc. This quick release is a bit different than others as it requires a key for added security. Key is used to unlock/remove and re-install the steering wheel. The set-up itself is really thin, about 3/4" smaller than the nrg quick release. Retail is around $200. Installs to the back of the steering wheel and allows the wheel to be removed. The great thing about this set-up is you cant re-install the wheel without the key so you can leave the wheel in the car and not have to worry about someone smashing a window and installing the wheel and stealing your car.
