Default please, i need some help with my B16a Turbo asap

I have had a b16A jdm spec in my car for about a year, has about 40-50k miles on the motor. I have recently put on a T3/T4 Turbo kit on it, and have come across a few problems, problem after problem just got worse and worse, i got a new distributor, cap, rotor, plugs, wires, everything has been put on correct, thats not the problem, first the car was blowing white smoke smelling somewhat like it would be straight oil, until i went around back and saw there was white residue in the exhaust, thought it would be the head gasket, but for one, it never actually hit boost, and the wastegate stays open, so we figured it down to the seals on the turbo because there was oil going through the whole system, well, i stupidly drove it back to the shop, and i actually hit boost (after i got the new distributor) and it only hit around 6 lbs, but all of a sudden the head started knocking, or it sounds like the head, it doesn't knock at idle, any suggestions? (cams and cam gears are not stock, everything else is) and if i need new internals, i need the cheapest possible way to get them. im in orlando and i will be taking it to cft sooner or later, just would like a cheaper way out for the time being...

If you can help at all please leave a reply and if ur confused and need more info on wtf is going on feel free to ask i haven't slept in well over 48 hours because of this so, im not fulling on all cylinders if u get my drift..thanks
