did you reset the ECU?? - if not, unplug the battery for a few minutes, take her for a drive and if the light comes back on tell Honda they gave you a bad sensor.

yes i did reset the Ecu and the light came back after maybe 70 miles. I heard that modifiying the exhaust manifold and intake would make the car run lean and can't cope with the 02 sensor but thats bull unless alot of other people are having the same problem

its funny, i was going to ask if you always had that header on there or just installed it. Did it throw CEL before or after new header?? could need a tune..although you shouldn't have to.

hmm...it definitely wouldn't be worth paying to get the car dyno tuned for a header. time for an o2 sensor simulator?

pretty much what it sounds like - in your case..it will trick the ECU into thinking that you have the stock header installed.

Hence..O2 Sensor Simulator

umm..let me check a couple of sites i have bookmarked. i'll edit this post in a minute with a couple links if i can find them - in the meantime though...hit the red Search button..look up archived content and search for O2 Sensor Simulator

EDIT: the ones i keep finding are for secondary o2 sensor only. if you can't go that route then i guess bump this til you get your answer. sorry dude, good luck
