rpm problem
hey guys
i have a problem with my car,its a 95 civic coupe with a jdm d15b.
the problem is that i cant drive more then 4000rpm,
ppl said it was my dizzy i just bought a brand new one and its still the same
i tried to adjust the dizzy same thing would happen but on a different position the car would backfire wen i rev it.its like i have a rev limiter which idont
any info would help

oh yeah car starts and idles normal,and the exhaust seems to be very loud now after this happens.also it started to smoke bad fumes like it would smell bad,white smoke, and it would burn your eyes haha
