As far as I know. It should be located near your inner fuse box.

There's a 3 wire connector that goes to it.

no you must be thinking of something else ... it has an 18 pin connector and a 12 pin connector...

the first step in the test procedures it to move the drivers seat forward.. but is it under the back seat or the carpet b/c its not under the drivers seat

This is what the door lock control unit looks like... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...sting this is for a 2 door, except the SE.

There is only one plug into it, the key-less entry RF module is located above the fuse box, single gray plug plugged into it, the OEM alarm module is under the pass. seat, if I remember correctly the door lock module is under the drivers seat, attatched to the seats front mounting brace.

What exactly is the problem with the door locks. 94

Do the power door locks work normally, lock and unlock with the switch?
If you use your key in the drivers door, does the pass. door lock and unlock when you lock and unlock the drivers door? 94

That means the problem is definitely in the key-less entry module.
Although it does not matter any more, the SE door lock control module looks pretty much the same.

Is there an alarm module under the pass. seat? 94

If it has the R/F section in it then yes, does it have a FCC number on it? 94

RF section is the "radio" that receives the signal sent by the transmitter. 94

You will have to check with Honda for programming. 94
