Default A/C and powersteering manifold - 603hp 25psi

Just sharing some pics of an A/C and P/S manifold Jay just finished, came out nice - what does everyone think?

I will post up some completed shots in a couple of days.... speaking of which, do you have any Tial 40 flanges? We need some to finish this project...

what's the deal with the second flange welded to it? spacing became an issue with the wg i imagine? still looks good and in for installed pics.

Yeah, we ran into some spacing issues with the gate and the block - didn't want to grind on the turbo or block too much. Installed pics coming in an hour or so!

Well - that little Tial 40 didn't work very well...switched out the a TurboSmart 48 last night/this morning and it is going back on the dyno now...

Just wanted to update this thread -

We switched over to a Turbosmart Race port and rebuilt the turbo...turned the boost up to mid 20s and put some race gas in the car.

603 with AC and PS now that's what I'm talking about. props to you looks like a really nice setup. PM me price for A GSR in an EJ1 just no PS but I do have AC.

Well......i def cant knock the power u made..very nice! In regards to the manifold I can clearly see you cheated some angles. Runners 3 and 1 on top you can see what i mean. Gotta get those pipes fit up right. It makes it very difficult on the welder to control the puddle when you have that cheated angle. I would def be aware of your wg tubes with those welds being so close. Those two heat affected zones that close can cause major fatigue in the stainless...great power tho!
