SuperT Manifold Pics.
Heres the Final Pics. Very efficient from a production standpoint, only two pieces per runner and only one weld in the middle of each runner. Dave was just having fun with the turbo and wastegate, he just threw them on there too mock it up, they are not the ones that the customer will be running. The customer is running a 45mm Vband type wastegate and around a t66 turbo...Hes shooting for around 650-700whp..
Enjoy...

looks really good. The only problem is, just because of the design, people are going to associate them with the meng/obx ****. Even though us Honda-tech peeps know its good ****, the less-informed beings may not
Tell Dave to keep it up!
I think its cool that even though hes gone, hes really still here...hehe

It is low, its going on a Quick Class/Hot rod car and has a t72 on it at the moment. It sits out further and down lower to accomodate the bigger turbo and clear everything and provide for a longer collector merge area.....We can actually stick it out further and down even lower if a customer needs...

Is it possible to face the compressor outlet down on something bigger than a E-Housing? Will the turbine flange have to be welded in a slightly sharper angle? Its hard to tell with that sheet of metal its bolted on to...

Cool, but so will the oil not be able to drain, back up and blow out the turbo seals?

I asked Dave for you Mase, he said that some of the race cars you see with the turbo laying even with or lower then the pan use a electric scavenging pump or dry sump type pump to pump it back to the pan. Dave said this one however, he made this just high enough where a -12 drainback line can go to the oild pan in the normal fashion and allow gravity to do the job. Dave said if you have any other questions feel free to call. I'll probably be the one that answers, but just ask for Dave.
Hope that helps you Mase.
Thanks

I dont know if you mean this in a negative light...if not bear with me
But lets please, for the sake of Honda Tech, keep things civil.
Dave is sorry for his overly agressive posts he made awhile back, but never did he say Full Race was of some poor quality as some people have interpreted him to say...He Knows Full Race makes some damn nice products, otherwise he would not have been challenging them. Lets put this to rest and let the products speak for themselves...

Not sure what you mean...the tubes meet at a very minimal angle and merge extremely smoothly with no turbulent areas. CFM flow testing yielded 264 CFM at 28in of water, which is more CFM flow then claimed by another major turbo header manufacturer on this board you referenced. Keep in mind though, that CFM ratings are not everything...Putting this large runnered manifold on your stock B series will end up being a dog. Dave can make these flanged in t3 flanges with smaller diameter runners for the guy not seeking 700+whp...

WOW is all i can say.
I though it would be while befor Dave came up with a newer manifold designe. Yeah it sorta looks like a Meng/OBX but only in the eyes of newbies.
The welding looks awesome and defintly cleaner then his other manifolds. BTW is that manifold for a B or H seires?
What is the time frame that it take for Dave to competely one? just curiouse
Great work SuperTmotorsports.

Ahh yes the famous blue screws everyone loves...no we don't get them to be with the rice scene. We grab the blue ones because they are a grade 8 higher quality screw than the common grade 3 sliver that are offered.
