Default lllll JDM CTR Gathers Navigation Install in an EG lllll

Hey guys whats up? I searched on this topic and really didn't find much. Mostly for sale threads with gathers units and what not...

On to my question. I have come across a very nice CTR Gathers Navigation/DVD/CD headunit and I was wondering, does anyone have any idea on how compatible it is in an EG? I know the center concoles are different but I was wondering, how much fabrication would it require to install? Can it be done relatively easy? Thanks for all the help guys !

Not easy. Would take a LOT of fabrication to get that to fit.

looks like a standard double din. if you have the oem audio console in your eg it should go right in with very little modification.

i still dont see a problem. eg/eh/ej chassis have plenty of room under the seats, in either quarter panel, or in the trunk/hatch area.

this is a completely different model... vs the one that the op posted...

tho the one the op posted, might have also come with at least one separate box for the brain... he might need an gps antenna also...

and the map might also be only for japan..

imo.... just get a DD Alpine/Pioneer unit, its more useful in the states...

"omg, look at my jdm electronic hotness"

"does it work?"

"expletive yeah!"

"so can it tell you how to get to my house?"

"naww man, the maps are for JAPAN!"

"so its basically useless, huh?"

"Look at my JDM Electronic hotness!"
