Default Question about auto b18b into manual EG

I'm looking into a b18b out of someone's parted teg, but it's an automatic.

I was wondering what could be used along with an LS manual tranny. Could the same clutch/flywheel, engine harness, mounts, throttle cable and axles be used for my manual EG?

What else is needed to get this done?

everything is coming from a 99 integra LS so there's no problem, just wasn't sure if the mounts and throttle cable was different.

You will need mounts from a manual integra, auto wont work. and the starter is different too.
