when my oil pressure switch is connected my car lags but when i disconnect it drives ok with saying that i dont have vtec..wat could that problem be? o and i do have a leak showing behind it..do i need a new solenoid or gasker or switch??

vtec is directly related to oil pressure. that why it says you don't have vtec when you disconnect it... find out where it is leaking from, repair/replace as necessary and go from there...
