vtec problem

Default vtec problem

h22a1 throwing code:22. Beloive it is a vtec oil pressure switch. oil is full, throws this code periodically. Vtec still ingages. any ideas will be helpfull.

Do you have enough oil in the engine? if so then try cleaning the screen in the VTEC solenoid seal and see if that clears it up. Also try checking the wiring to the plug as it may be damaged.

Test the pressure switch for continuity(takes 3 seconds of your time) before you throw $ at it.

you need a multimeter(dvom=digital volt ohm meter) my craftsmen was only $20 and it does more than i need
