fuel pump relay....
how much voltage does the fuel pump relay on my eg give off cuz that **** is no kicking in ...im think of just hooking it up to a 12v relay....should i do it?
Your relay is just a switch that seperates a small circuit from a big one.
If the relay is clicking, but the fuel pump isn't whining, then start checking your fuel pump wiring.

i have the same problem my fuel pump isnt priming so what i did was i connected my car battery to my fuel pump to see if its any good and man i was shocked my fuel pump was priming when i had my battery connected to that ****..only thing i can come up with is bad relay my relay doesnt click so i have to go out and buy new one..your better off getting the relay at the honda dealership i dont trust ebay i bought messed up relay man i was pissed lol...but only thing is on my mind is if i dont get spark and i connect my batter to the fuel pump and it turns on how the hell is my car gonna turn over????
You most likely don't have to replace the main relay. You can just resolder the joints (just heat them up until they melt, don't even need to add solder) and it should work again.
there are two common causes of no fuel pump in hondas.
main relay problem (very common problem)
it can be repaired if you can solder.
bad cap in ECU (growing more and more common)
again can be replaced if you can solder.
