Default squeaks and shaking in the steering and braking??

first off i slid into a ditch lastnite so ya. nothing was wrong till this afternoon when i hit a pothole and it started shaking the car and the steering wheel and the shifter. so i stoped and checked it out nothing. went home did the same at 65mph but less going 40-45mph. swaped rims cus one was bent alittle. put 14s off a merc. tracer and the car was shaking the steering alittle and the brake pedal a lot when pressing until a certain point like 3/4 down. it also squeaks at the same time. needs allignment for sure and tires all around bal. you know. what might be the problem thank you.
