OMG! i feel stupid.
I was changing my cam seal on my gsr, along with the valve cover gasket and spark plug gaskets, everything was going fine, i got the new cam seal in with no problems torqued down all the bolts and was torqing down the cam seal bolts and one of them snapped. For some reason my torque wrench didnt click. i should have notice i was tightening it to much. No big deal just get a new bolt and take out the broken bit. So i took out the broken bit and it slipped and fell down one of the oil return holes
. Dont worry i wont start the motor, i am going to drain the oil and remove the oil pan tomorrow to see if its in their.
I am really hoping that it just fell to the bottom of the oil pan. wish me luck

can you stick a small pen magnet into the hole? (that's what she said)
You can also use the magnet on a string technique that I used to fish bolts out of my turbo housing.

alright! Got the broken peice of bolt out, changed my oil, filter, oil pan gasket, valve cover gasket, and cam plug. Just like new!
The bolt was sitting right on top of the oil pan.
