Default Is the countershaft for B-series tranny all the same??

Hi, I have a YS1 tranny (91-93 integra cable non-vetc) in my turbo crx and blew
the countershaft. I have friend that can sell me one for cheap, but he has the
hydrolic one( I will use only the shaft, everyhting else I will swap from mine)
Will this work??

There are major differences in the 90-91 small spline LS boxes compared to the 92+ stuff. You can get some diffs swapped in there but the gearset is "different"

IIRC, YS1 is the 92-93 GSR? Same thing as the 92+ hydro B16 gearboxes but it has a cable clutch arm.
