Default h22a/f23a transmission gear thrusts, gear widths, and torques comparison

basically my question is to whoever knows it, it's relating to the tolerances to both transmissions...

do they both share the same gear thrusts, gear widths, synchro tolerances, etc. or does the h22a differ from the f23a need to know because i don't want to dish out 150$ cdn for a honda service manual for the f23a...

and trust me i searched there is no such topic even discussed on the board so some help would be greatly admired thanks!!...
