Default b16 misfiring!

I currently just got my swap started up, and cylinders 2 and 4 are misfiring. It acts like it is 180 degrees off or something, it is still the original imported distributor, cap and rotor and spark plug wires, fuel injectors. however i did change the plugs. I pulled the new plugs out after it was started and cylinder 1 and 3 were clean, but 2 and 4 plugs were black.

anyone have any suggestions of where to start?

timing checks out good and everything else is good, do you think the injectors are not firing at the right time or do u think they may be stuck open, because there is spark and when i pull the plug it is all black from what it looks like carbon, is it possible the injectors could be staying open and are messed up?
