someone shed some light for me.
My engine oil light turns on if the engine is under 1k rpm. When i accelerate, or go then it goes away. If i come to a stop, then it turns or flickers back on. I just got an oil change and there is oil in the engine.

Has anyone ever had this before?

Did you check as to how much oil is in the engine?

They could have forgotten the plug...

2nd that flickering oil light mrsnd low smountd of oil..I have never expiereanced it with an oil pump going out...whats the milage on this motor? how long ago was the oil change? does your motor smoke?

 

oil sending unit or pump, fix it asap becuase you don't want to find out later that it was item #2.......
