ok well im getting the 5spd swap parts....now my question is what 4th gen parts are interchangeable with a 5th gen??

Transmission -(M2S4 h23 TRANNY is what im going with i know this fits)
Trans mounts-side -(has to be from a 5th gen)
Flywheel and bolts -
Clutch Kit and bolts -
Clutch Master Cylinder -
Clutch Slave Cylinder -
Clutch Dampener – (I think this comes with the clutch?)
Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS)-
Reverse Switch
Hydraulic Lines
5spd Starter-got it
Clutch Pedal Assembly
Brake Pedal Assembly
Shifter Assembly
Shift linkage
5speed ECU
5spd Intermediate shaft (half-shaft)
5spd Axles
Shifter Boot-
Shifter ****


i stated what parts have to come from a 5th gen...when i searched i got this...

there was a debate about the shifter linkage...anyone know for sure??

 

you can use 4th gen shift linkage as long as you use the 4th gen shifter plate and shifter.
