Default Need help with b16a PLEASE

Ok so me and my buddy replaced the timng belt, oil pump, water pump and tensioner on his jdm b16a crx.

during the install we noticed we could slip the new timing belt off the cam gear with our fingers. This was after tightening the tensioner, the belt felt loose but deflection was close to an inch or so. Now after reasembly the belt is too lose.
Could we have installed the tensioner wrong or tigtend it wrong? I put the tensioner with the tabs on the down side. Also could we have the wrong belt?

We noticed when installing the oil pan gasket (99 civic si gasket) that it was a tight fit for the oil pan. We made it fit and tightend everything down. The next day the gasket split and got pushed out of the oil pan. Anyone got any ideas.

Also we noticed coolant in the oil but no oil in the coolant? The car doesnt run bad but my guess was that their is a small crack in the head gasket. Any input

Thanx for your help guys

ok well here you go:
del sol oem honda part number-14400-pr3-004
civic si oem honda part number-14400-p2t-004

Assuming different part numbers mean different belt and number of teeth

I found out the hard way that most Honda B16 parts are wrong for the JDM B16. Look up Son's Accura on line and talk to the parts department. the gaskets/seals I was looking for were from an Accura NSX and fit perfectly.
