Yeah. The solution: slow the hell down.
Edit: You didn't SAY this was on the street, but sure sound like it... So how about that detail?

Can anyone answer a question in this forum without jumping on someone because they might seem like they kinda maybe might be driving fast on the street? For christ sakes people, lay the eff off. Seriously, I hate street jackassery, but time after time after time I see the same crusty old posters spewing the same bile. And without so much as a MENTION of 'canyons', VTEC, or exit ramps.
To the OP whom I HOPE isn't doing anything dangerous on the street with his car:
Maybe when you installed your pump, you didn't get it far enough down into the tank or the pump got twisted up in there during install? I would check that first and go from there. Perhaps your EF has no baffles in the tank? Many Hondas don't.

I'll admit I've become testy lately. The asshat variety of noob has been running rampant the past couple weeks, and it's just really f'ing old. Hence my possible correction
I've seen another problem where the plastic pick-up tube thingy gets cracked, which creates the exactly described symptom. However, that's an Integra pump in a Civic.

I'm thankful to the crusty old poster you're talking about. I have the same sentiment as they do, and they save me the time it takes to reply to all those noob/streetracer posts.

Yeah, my CRX with the stock tank and pump did that constantly on the track. I had to keep it over 1/4 tank full if I didn't want to fuel cut in the tighter corners.
Foam does NOT prevent sloshing. It inhibits the flame front when on fire. NASCAR fuel cells are full of foam, does it look like its slows down anything when they refill???
had u searched this topic, you would have found many topics on this EXACT issue. the fix-buy my good ef tank. doesnt fuel starve at the fuel line at autocrosses. comes with entire car.

Not just an EF problem. My DC2 does it under 1/4 tank on long right sweepers during autocross.
My solution is to always have a 1/2 tank of gas.
