Just bought a 91 Civic SI.... 1 problem, doesnt start, have to push start it :)
Well, I showed up today at this guys house selling this 91 Civic SI (red). SO clean!!!! I had to have it. So I bought it for 2700. (He was asking 3200) Was a pretty well off gentlemen (really nice house). He actually built the car for his son, but his son didnt want to drive manual... (what an ******* son lol).
*Full Exhaust/Headers/Intake/Shortshifter/Springs
*15k on swapped motor and new clutch
Runs great! Only problem is, I have to push start it because the starter doesnt work. Im actually going down to my garage now to investigate the problem, but perhaps you guys can help me out. When I turn the key, it doesnt make any sound... not even a click.
What do you think?
Thanks in advance and nice to meet you guys!!

check the starter ground wire, it has a little black covering over it
and also check the top of the clutch-the clutch safety switch might be unplugged, i ripped the wires down and spliced them together no more clutch to turn it on..just make sure its in neutral
