mixed I was getting 25 in my 98LX V6 coupe
highway was 34 mpg at 70mph
even in my current car I get at least 21 city and 31 highway...........something is wrong and you need to find out what it is

run some seafoam through the engine
run a can of seafoam into the gas tank to clean injectors
check for brake drag
check 02 sensors
check fuel pressure

only if you hydrolock the engine with it.
seafoam is nothing more than auto trans fluid additives (basically very kick *** detergents) and it will make short work of carbon deposits in the intake track of the car and will clean your injectors out within 1 tank of gas.

i was actually reading up on it before rechecking this thread
ima fill my tank tommorrow with plus instead of unleaded and put a 1/3 of seafoam bottle in there or techron whichever i can get my hands on see what happens then
ive yet to even pop the hood on the car i should check the plugs and filter do some basic maintance dono if it was done yet all i know is the 100k belt and pumps were done

OK do you know any honda techs? get them to diag the 02 sensors and cat ( use an infared temp reader)
low 20s on the highway isn't possible unless you are going like 110+ I still got above 30 at 85 when I had my car

well i just took the air filter out and its the dirtiest k and n filter i have ever seen in my entire life lol

I would do some research before messing with seafoam. It only works if done correctly.

done it with my last 4 cars and no issues.......
suck a little though at a time via brake booster (1/3 can) turn car off let it sit 15-20 mins start back up and pour some in the gas tank

ok i still get like 21 i just refilled
i went through 16 gallons going 360 miles
my plugs seem fine and i cleaned my air filter since is k&n and its not throwing any codes

shoulda done this earlier i looked up my mpg online and it says 20 city to 28 high way
im a few mpgs off on mine i guess its cause i got 100k on it so yeah
