i installed my side markers today. the left side works fine but the right flashes fast.....anyone know y? no bulbs are burnt out thats whats weird both are wired up the same.

 

You may have the sidemarker wires spliced in the wrong place. Double check it.. This could be totally wrong, but if you installed the harness into the socket yourself, the wires could be backwards. I know it's that way with a dc2 teg on the signals.

if it was a fuse nothin would work.... i might have the neg wire from the signal on the pos of the side marker and pos on neg side market.. i'll check it out again

 

could be an old buld.
they do that when they're going out or not put in all the way

 

thats a bulb issue. Double check that all your bulbs work if its still doing it replace them !

Dude if you have no clue what your talking about dont post.

First thing i would do is check to make sure the bulbs are fine.

Then check your wiring.. it takes alot more time to go over your wiring then checking a bulb.

You can also switch bulbs from the left to the right side if you cant tell if the bulbs are blown or not.

 

I checked the wiring last nite nothin helped. i'll switch bulbs tonite....

same problem i had...switched bulb and it was ok...

 

ok i switched bulbs the flasher slowed down but is still flashing faster than the opposite side....so i'll relpace the back bulb as well and see if that helps. just wondering but what bulb goes in the front? my 94 civic has 1157 amber bulbs in it....but Oreilly's and walmarts charts show a diff bulbs. they fit fine but just wondering whats right?
