Default trouble with 95 civic

hey guys i had a problem it recently snowed where i live and i had the intake in the wheel well. i drove to work and back. the next morning my battery was dead and the heat the and the green and red lights that tell you what flow of air you want were still on. so push started it and then when i drove it to school i turned it off and the heat was still on even tho i shut the car off and took out the key. also i lost alot of power in 2nd gear. im mostly worried about the power loss. do u think i sucked up water? i took it out of the wheel well but im worryied y i lost so much power do u think my ecu is going like messing up the fuel and air ratio? maby the o2 sensors there not hooked up. i have a 97 ls swap. please if any one has any ideas. thanks
