Default Cold Air intake?Rain/Damage?

ok .. so here it is.. So i moved last week out of state it was a 7 hour drive. I have a 95 2 dr civic coupe with a 01 B18c GSR and a fabricated cold air intake. I checked weather.com and of course they were a day off on the weather forcast. While driving in a heavy down pour. My car seemed to lose power... I thought it might Be the O2 sensor because it felt like it wasnt getting gas or that it was just raining to hard to be driving with a cold air intake. Anywhay... the car cut of while driving so I waited for it to stop raining and then I drove it .. It started fine but it seems like it has lost a little power.... not alot but considerably noticable since I am used to driving it. Its not making any odd noises or anything but Im not sure if its me, or the terrible roads in ohio and seems as if the car seems to vibrate a lil when driving 70 mph or around there. Any ideas??? What could have happened and how should I address this situation.?. It drives and starts fine just seems that its lost some horsepower and doesnt climb in speed like it used to.

Thanks for any help

your probably just worried about it. my rsx did this and even bogged down bad in a downpour. I thought i had ruined it since i thought it felt slowew but sure enough the next weekend I was out at the strip and it performed as good as always. Still beat the guys I used to beat and ran consistant times.
