Default Headlights not turning on. Advice plz

This is what happened i got into a front end accident checked the 30 amp fuse inside the engine bay good. Replaced the two low beam fuses inside the cabin on the fuse panel. Replaced the combination switch im getting voltage to the combination switch. I unplugged the harness that plugs into the combination switch and read the diagram for the harness. I got volts through both of the two wires i was checking red/green wire and also the all white wire. Took a test light to the Two fuses on the low beams and nothing the light isnt coming on where which plug is it that plugs into the fuse box where is it located on the back side of the fuse box?

have you tried the actual headlight switch? another thing you could do is get some relays and just rewire the entire assembly. or possibly buy to spot lights and mount them to the hood.

if it's not the bulbs, i'djust rewire the whole dman thing. it's not hard, and it's not expensive.
