Default How do you change dashboard indicator lights? '95 Civic EX

I just bought a '95 Civic EX with 130K Miles on it and some of the dash lights are out. I tried fixing the cruise control because the dash light would not come on but it turned out to be two bad lamps in the switch, one for insrtrament lighting and the other for the cruise function. The lights work now but the cruise control still doesn't, will work on that a bit more later. I was able to change the lamp in the manual shifter console on the floor but my CEL, and seatbelt, dash lights don't work, maybe they are burned out too.

Can someone tell me how to get at those lamps so that I can check and replace them?

Thanks.

remove the emergency flasher switch. unscrew the two screws above the cluster. unscrew the screw behind the flasher. pull out bezel piece. dont worry about breaking tabs. unscrew cluster (four screws) pull out. disconnect plugs and pull out lights that do not work. replace. plug everything back in and put back together. make sure you check to see if the lights work before you put everything back together. that is plug the cluster in and turn the car to the on position but do not actually turn it over.

have fun and enjoy. the only tools you need are two thin flat-head screwdrivers (to take out the emergency flasher) and one phillips-head screwdriver.

I think that all of this is helpful advice and plan to tackle all of this on Saturday. Lucky for me a Honda enthusiast and mechanic saw the wrecked Del Sol in the driveway and stopped. He was really interested in it and has his own little Honda business going on. I told him I wanted the two good tires off the car and some of the electrical stuff to make my cruise control and dash lights work and he was fine with that. He said he would give me $100 for the wrecked car and help me fix the dash lights and cruise control. He wanted that VTEC engine badly and that is the one thing that did not get damaged at all during the accident.

So it looks like Saturday it is, we tow the car to his place, fix the cruise control and whatever interior and dash lamps it needs, and we are done.

One question though; My Del Sol had an orange light that came on when the gas got very low. Does this '95 Civic EX have the same feature? I know that the gas was very low tonight and I did not see any light come on.
