okay it starts off like this, i have a hydro b16 trans with bad 3rd gear, and was wondering if i had any alternative to fixing the problem; b16 cable internal or ls 3rd to replace the bad 3rd gear, and throw ls 5th while im at it.


will the guts from a cable b16 transmission fit in a hydro b16 case? or will a ls hydro 3rd work in a hydro b16. if it does, how will a LS 3rd feel opposed to being in a B16 tran instead?

what would you need to install a LS 5th gear into B16 tran if you have a complete LS tran next to ya.

trying to take a cheaper way out of this.
