can a d16y7/y8 be converted to obd1 and pass emissions

hi there i was wondering if a d16y7/y8 mini me motor can be converted to obd1 from obd2 and still pass emissions also what motor is better the d16y7/y7 mini me or the d16z6 i want a strong and good motor to beat on lol what swap whould be best and whould last longer also can i use a obd0 altanator on a obd2 motor or a obd1 on the obd2 motor
now why would you think it wouldnt? Im thinkin the search button works well. Also why would you think that a b16, b18, b20, k20, would pass, but a d16 wouldnt?

well the emissions controll systems are diffrent like im saying if i use a obd1 emissions system a 96 y7 with a y8 vtec head may pass or not thats what im asking i already looked all over but most people are tuneing there car for turbo i want to leave my ecu stock and just have drop in mods
my question is will it pass if i use a d16z6 single o2 and throttle body and manifold and headers and all the ivac basicly im saying that its a d16y7 mini me with z6 intake manifold throttle body and converted to obd1 from obd2a
