HID brighter when grounded to the HI beam??

Default HID brighter when grounded to the HI beam??

will it be brighter if i plug the black wire (going into the stock harness) into the HI beam?? so if i turn on my hid it will only be on with my HI beams on

no,

ballast turns on with a v12+ signal.

so there is no difference between your low beam or your high beam...

the ballast just needs a good ground and a good source for 12v to work, if it works.. its fine.
