yo yo so check it
i got a 99 gsr with mildly built head
but all of a sudden with the set up the idle would bogg like 2-3 rpms
so then i cleaned out the ICV and put it back after drying
and still had the same problem. tried to adjust idle control on the throttle body and nothing.
but when i disconnect the ICV the idle stays at 1500 which is better than jumpin from 2-3000 on every stop.
just wanted to see if any one has the same problem as myself

by the way i have a jg TB but i'm sure its not for gsr but its bigger than stock
has 2 carbs inside of the TB and i'm sure that gsr is supposed to have one or none
correct me if i'm wrong
