Check your pads for signs of uneven wear, it could be a break caliper is starting to go bad..

If you know where the ABS modulator is on the car look at it and on it is a gold colored cylindrical looks like resovior. It has a white sticker around it about half way down. Look and see if there is signs of any fluid leakage out from under this sticker....Likely there is. You could get lucky and get away with only replacing this Accumulator, and pressure bleading the system. However I have had bad circumstances where the accumulator and modulator are both faulty(usually about a week to a month after doing an acc. the Mod. goes out) So be careful....

The modulator unit is located behind the right head lamp. The trouble shooting in the Helm manual basically says replace the modulaator unit. Does this code only occur when it is really cold?

i have the same problem in my 91 integra, tho thier different cars i think the basics are the same when it comes to the same problem.

the light would go on and off for a while, so i took it to a shop who said it was the modulator and it would be nine hundred to fix. I then looked at what people did in my situation and they said they would just take out the abs fuse and light behinde the gauge cluster. I understand its not the safest route.

tho yours being a gsr and you are more likely to have funding to repair it, i think it comes down to personal preference.

I say take to a shop to get looked over and run a diagnostics. I hoped i helped you a bit.

If you look right next to the airfilter, thats the Modulator. The gold cyl. is the accumulator. Look and see if that sticker is "leaking"

The ABS from an ITR or any 98-01 Integra is way different. The wiring harness and dash indicator are not compatible with your '95. You would need the computer, modulator, hard brake lines, and a modified harness. I considered this in the past and determined that an RSX ABS unit would be more appropriate because the computer and modulator are a single unit. I have the parts, but have yet to perform the swap. Perhaps this summer if I have time.
