Default K swap emissions test

If all the sensors are in place and functioning, will a k-pro pass an OBDII scan test? I want to stay legal with my swap, but that seems to be the only way around the immobilizer.

Reports of passing results have been posted on k20a.org, I believe you can even have the OBD2 functions disabled and just set the readiness of the ECU and it should pass with flying colors.

check it: http://www.k20a.org/forum/showthread.php?t=31996
