ITR HEADER
if u have d series engine. then its a no no .but if u have b series swap. it will bolt on to the block but the problem is cat conveter flange u might need to have a muffler shop cut and reweld the flange of cat converter.
Can you be a little more specific in exactly what you're asking?
Are we talking a 2.5'' collector ITR header, or a Us-spec one?
What kind of car and engine do you have?

answer is no, and here's why:
if its the jdm 2.5" collector, it is to big for the flange on the ex cat.
and either way the flange is off by 90 degrees
for any further info..

Well without any engine info we cannot answer anyways.
I can tell you a way it would bolt up, no problem:
Civic EX has a B18C5 engine, stock Ex catalytic convertor, and he installs a DC header intended for a USDM ITR.
100% bolt-on affair.
The 92-95 Si/EX, 94-01 Integra non-GS-R, and 96-00 EX and Si cats are diensionally identical. My wife had a 1992 Si HB with a B16A2 swap and her stock 92 Si cat was 100% identical size wise, flange wise, as the 1999 donor Si convertor. We used the newer convertor, but it would have worked either way.
My old 1992 Si HB had a B18C5 swap in it and the factory USDM ITR manifold/a pipe bolted up to my Si exhaust piping and stock ITR cat convertor with zero issues - a standard replacement header would be the same way.
...but all this means nothing if he wants a JDM header, or he has a stock D engine in which case hell no it won't work.
