88 crx grinding and won't go in gear sometimes... any ideas what the problem is?

Default 88 crx grinding and won't go in gear sometimes... any ideas what the problem is?
yea my 88 is starting to grind hard when i put it in gear... and sometimes it won't even go into gear... this all happened when i accidently made the motor jumped.... any ideas what the problem can be??

check the synchros for your tranny...thats all i know

pedal assembly, clutch cable... how did you make the motor "jumped"? clutch also might be going out but i'd start at the clutch cable and work your way from there.

the grinding problem is still going on... i think the clutch is going out... what do you think???
