what is the original setting of camgears on B18C5??
can someone help me out my timing belt just snapped and i was wondering if anyone would know the setting of the camgears ... my boy told me his setting was not on 0 degrees... please get back to me asap i need your help people...
Uh...line up the cam gears at TDC for cylinder one (up arrows pointing up and two little tick marks pointing each other) and then line up the crank pulley to the TDC mark on the oil pump.
NOTE: The "UP" arrows will not be perfectly vertical with the timing tick marks pointing at each other...this is normal, it should be slightly tilted towards the exhaust side.

There are holes in the cams, between cylinders 2 and 3 (I think) that U can put a pin into, to hold the cams/cam gears to TDC.
