ok i got a p28 from a friend... it worked in his car and then just stoped working on day on his way home, it might have gotten a little wet but does not look like any water damage. the thing is its just not turning the fuel pump on everthing else looks ok just not kicking it on, i know its something with the ecu cause we swithed thim and the car started right up. i want to try to replace the chip? but i just need to find out what one it is so if anyone has a diagram or layout of the ecu that would help alot! thanks

 

TTT i just replace c14 but still not working, it was def. bad but didn't fix it. i think there is another on bad, any one have a diagram on whats what in this thing??? tried seach but no luck. thanks

 

I know Im bringing this back from the dead but I am having the same problem. Did you ever fix this problem? I ordered a new capacitor for C14 and I hope that fixes it but, if it doesnt Im wondering whats wrong next.
