94 teal civic d16 y7-y8 head turboed need tuned?
ok love hondas finaly got a turboed one needs alot of work car runs barely, it wont idle plumes black smoke wont rev over 5000 rpm anyone know how to tune?

Tuning is a whole other book friend. Im not saying its above you, just requires more money, then it would hauling it to a tuner shop and letting them do it for you. And you must really know what your doing. But if you want to know, check out pgmfi.org and read up

if its got alot of black smoke, you are running way too rich. what injectors do you have in there? And yes, you should really get a tune imho..
