Default B16 lower power problem

Ok let me try to explain. Was doing about 6k rpm's and heard a LOUD POP.

The engine still runs with no knocking. However very low power. (No smoke in the exhaust)

There is Blow By from the vacuum hose and its not Oil, it feels like Steam.

Oil in crankcase is not milky, water in radiator seems to hold its level.

I have not been able to compression test it yet. Still also looking for a Borescope.

So any ideas of how bad it is? Not sure if a cracked piston, or hole cause would be right because would see smoke from exhaust.

Maybe a bent valve?

Please help brainstorm.

your piston rings aren't seated yet.

Shut the expletive up dude. I've seen you escapading across this forum for the past few days tossing worthless links and not answering peoples questions. Just stop it. Did he give any indication whatsoever that the motor was recently rebuilt? No. His rings are seated, you're stupid or 14. Or both.

OP, your problem 90% sounds like your timing belt is off.

Ok, so its what I am thinking too. So can anyone explain how I can find TDC if my timing belt has jumped so I can start there. So if anyone has any pointers on in Socal let me know. I am looking for any help I can get.
