ecu chip question?

i have a jdm b16a in a 94 civic with headers and an intake was wondering if it is worth it to get my ecu chipped . also which ecu should i chip i have a p28 and also a jdm p30. whats the best company to go with?

i have a skunk2 chipped ecu but im waiting for more parts, ill let you know monday if my chip is legit or not.
