Default I keep burning out ignitors on my distributer????OBD1???Need Help???

I have a GSR in my other car.Its a 93 coupe with a GSR motor.I drive it for like 25 miles and it sputters and then a minute later,It cuts off and the motor wont run.I change the ignitor 2 times already.Do you guys think its my MSD 6AL or MSD Blaster 3 coil overloading the ignitor with too much voltage?I never had any problem with it for 3 years until now.DO you think it can be a short in the Distributor,MSD Box or Coil?Where should I start at to troubleshoot this problem???All the wiring looks good and I dont blow any fuses. Frustrated???

I had the same problem with my MSD a long time ago. Took it off and never had the problem again. OEM for sure.

I fixed the problem.I decided to rip apart my distributor and when I took off the factory shrink Tube,The Black with the yellow strip 12v positive wire fell apart. It was only holding on with a few strands of wire.SO I ran a new one and changed the 2 wire plug which was bad also. The MSD 6AL Box and MSD Blaster 3 Coil really bump up the voltage and spark which is why the wire got so hot but it took 3 years to do that to my distributor.Lucky I had a extra distributor with good wires left in it to use.So if any of you have this problem,Look into the distributor wiring first and check for melted wires.Ill post a pic on here to show you how bad the wires got. Thanks again guys for the input.
