Default b16 wont start....

Alright tried to start my b16 in my hatch today...first time since i did the swap. Alright it ran really rough with gasing for like 20 seconds...when i felt the headers. Only cylinder 1 and 2 were firing. Alright what are my possibilties of somethign being wrong? for one i saw i have a head gasket leak...pissed about that. 2 i dont know anything about this motor. SO give me some ideas...

Make sure the plug wires are in the right cylinders, are all the injectors working?

I had to replace my internal coil on the distributor yesterday, but you had 2 cylinders firing... so it probably isnt a bad coil
