Default Code 9 and VTEC ?

I did a dpfi to mpfi swap not too long ago and went well.

After I finished the swap I am still runnning code 9 which is cylinder position and code . . 14 ? i believe which is EACV ?

I have had VTEC wired into my stock PR3 correctly and I have had no VTEC crossover since ive put the motor in. Stock OBD0 B16A.

So my question is since i cant find in a search is will these 2 codes affect me from having VTEC ?

thanks
